KiiM-FM is committed to playing the best music available, and providing access to independent, local and regional artists for consideration regarding potential airplay.  Submission of materials does not guarantee airplay. Materials that are aired on the station(s) are chosen solely at the discretion of station management. 

It is preferred that music submissions be sent digitally, either via Play MPE delivery, or broadcast-quality MP3. Music may also be submitted by mail on CD.  Submissions should be sent to the attention of:

Digital files of materials for possible airplay and correspondence regarding submissions for possible airplay will be accepted at the following email addresses:

All CD and email submissions become the physical property of the radio station and will not be returned.  No acknowledgement of your submission is guaranteed.  If the radio station is interested in your submission, we will contact you directly.  All submissions must be original works.  By sending your submission to the radio station, you are granting the radio station permission to play the submission on-air in the sole discretion of the station.  By sending in your submission to the station, there is no guarantee that it will receive airplay. 

Response or continued correspondence regarding emailed submissions and related materials by station management is not guaranteed.  Citadel – Tucson is not responsible for any technical difficulty or unforeseen circumstance that prevents submission of digital files.

Calls regarding submissions for possible airplay will be accepted at the below listed times (all times are Arizona Local Time):

KIIM-FM, Wednesdays from 9a-10a Arizona time.  Calls will be taken by Buzz Jackson, Program Director, at 520-887-1000.

Telephone calls regarding submissions will be taken and/or returned in the order that they are received, during the times outlined above, as time permits.
