Critics argue whether it's the good looks, pleasing personality or blushing modesty that give Brenda Austin her appeal ... but heck, she knows it's more than that! Brenda began her radio career in 1989 working for Frank Sinatra at KFAS in Casa Grande. Since then, she's divided her radio time between the Tucson and Las Vegas markets, working a variety of formats. But for Brenda, playing country music with KIIM FM has brought her back to her roots. "One of my earliest recollections" says Brenda "Is driving across the state of Texas singing Johnny Cash's 'A Boy Named Sue' to my parents. I was three at the time!" Brenda continues her love of singing, performing at weekly jam sessions with the Old Time Fiddlers and whenever she can get her hands on a microphone.
