Public Notice – Cumulus Transfer of Control

On May 20, 2026, Cumulus Media Inc. and its affiliated licensees (collectively, “Cumulus”) filed applications with the Federal Communications Commission for transfer of control of the FCC licenses for the radio stations owned by Cumulus  (including KIIM-FM, 99.5, Tucson, Arizona), from the Current Shareholders of Cumulus Media Inc. to the Shareholders of Cumulus Media Inc. (as Reorganized).
